About the role:
- Use Design Thinking to help businesses unlock their true potential, this role is focused on uncovering the unthought or unsaid through workshops and long term collaboration.
- Great problem solver who can think on their feet, in fast paced and rapidly changing environments where technology changes rapidly.
- Strong at presenting to senior stakeholders, consulting and mentoring both internally in their growing innovation team and also with clients they're engagment with on longer term transformation projects.
- Exptensive experience in using a variety of tools including scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs.
- Expert understanding of Sketch
- A passion to take a clients on a journey through your strong Innovation & Design experience, customer journey is a foundation block of this company.
What you will need:
- UX/UI in an agency or consulting environment with a sound knowledge of UX/UI methodologies and practices
- Product experience with basic understanding of agile iterative development and software development processes.
