System Administrator (TSPV/TSPA)

We are partnering with a leading national security provider experiencing significant growth across highly classified programs. As a result, we are seeking experienced System Administrators with current TSPV clearance to support critical intelligence environments.
This is a rare opportunity to work on mission-critical systems that directly support Australia's national security capability.
Your Role
You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing secure, large-scale ICT environments, including:
- Managing and supporting enterprise-scale operational systems in highly secure environments
- Administering and maintaining databases, applications, and infrastructure platforms
- Providing Level 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting complex system issues
- Implementing and optimising technology solutions aligned to client requirements
- Monitoring system performance and delivering detailed reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Current TSPV Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Strong experience supporting mission-critical or classified environments
- Expertise across:
- UNIX (Solaris/Linux) and Windows Server environments
- Oracle databases, virtualisation, and storage (NetApp/SAN)
- VMware (vSphere), App-V, SCCM
- Scripting capability in PowerShell and/or Perl
- Exposure to containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
