Test Engineer - (TSPV Cleared)

We're seeking TSPV-cleared Test Engineers to join a high-performing team delivering a major data centre capability within a secure Federal Government environment.
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to mission-critical infrastructure, working on complex systems that support national capability.
The Role
As a Test Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality, performance, and resilience across systems and infrastructure. You'll work closely with engineering, delivery, and stakeholder teams to design and execute effective testing strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business and technical requirements into effective test solutions
- Reviewing requirements for testability and coverage
- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and procedures across multiple test phases
- Performing performance, load, and resilience testing across systems and environments
- Analysing test results, managing defects, and producing detailed reports
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive successful delivery
About You
You're a proactive Test Engineer with experience working in complex, secure environments and a strong focus on quality outcomes.
You will bring:
- Current TSPV security clearance (mandatory)
- Experience working within data centre or infrastructure environments
- Strong background in performance and load testing across systems and applications
- Experience with test management tools, including requirements traceability and documentation
- Understanding of Systems Engineering practices, especailly in V&V, performance, and resilience testing
- Exposure to test automation within CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments
