The Network are seeking NV2 cleared Server Engineers to work within a Federal Government Department.
12-month contract + extensions
On-site in ACT (5 days per week)
As a Server Engineer, you will deliver and support enterprise infrastructure solutions across a global environment. You'll work on refreshing ageing infrastructure, implementing automated deployments, and managing virtualised environments using technologies such as Windows Server, VMware and Nutanix. You will also contribute to system upgrades, troubleshooting complex issues, and producing high-quality technical documentation while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
Who are we looking for:
Must have:
- NV2 Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022 in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware & Nutanix) across design, build, and support
Have specialist ICT skills and knowledge in the following:
- Implementing and supporting Microsoft Server solutions
- Managing and maintaining virtualised server environments
- Troubleshooting complex infrastructure and system issues
- Delivering end-to-end technical solutions
- Supporting system upgrades, patches, and relocations
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience working in collaborative technical teams
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
