About the Role
In this role as a Technical Project Coordinator, you'll be right in the middle of the action-helping drive exciting migration initiatives across a Google Distributed Cloud Hosting environment. You'll partner with technical, project, and operational teams to keep everything running smoothly, ensuring each migration is planned, executed, and supported with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage documentation related to migration workflows and business processes
- Define and track performance metrics to support operational efficiency and program visibility
- Convert business requirements and use cases into structured process designs and actionable steps
- Produce training materials, guides, and demonstrations to assist teams throughout the migration lifecycle
- Provide coordination, communication, and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of migration activities
- Engage with technical and operational teams to align on priorities, resolve issues, and support project outcomes
- Assist with reporting, governance activities, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives across the migration program
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Project Coordinator or similar coordination role
- Hands-on experience working with Google platforms and related tooling
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational abilities
- Proven capability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Intermediate skills in data analysis and reporting
- Foundational knowledge and exposure to service desk management practices
