Sinead is a member of our Talent Delivery Team, specialising in connecting organisations with high-calibre technology professionals across Project Delivery, Agile, and Transformation disciplines.

Beginning her recruitment career in Ireland, Sinead partnered with leading organisations including Big Four consulting firms, Bank of Ireland, and Colgate, delivering talent solutions across a range of business-critical technology initiatives. Since relocating to Sydney, she has continued to expand her network and expertise, helping clients address resource gaps, build high-performing project teams, and secure the talent required to successfully scope, manage, and deliver strategic technology programs.

Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Sinead combines strong people insight with a consultative approach to recruitment. She is passionate about understanding both client requirements and candidate aspirations, enabling her to create successful, long-term matches that deliver value for all parties.
