About the Company

Our client is a well-established consulting and technology services organisation delivering large-scale transformation programs across both the public and private sectors. They specialise in helping organisations manage complex technology ecosystems, integrate multi-vendor environments and improve service delivery through strong governance and service management practices.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in helping integrate and improve service delivery across multiple IT domains including applications, infrastructure, networks, security and service management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working alongside the SIAM function to improve governance, service performance and operational alignment
  • Applying ITIL service management practices to strengthen processes and service maturity
  • Supporting end-to-end service integration across multiple and vendors
  • Coaching service practice leads and stakeholders on best practice service management
  • Acting as a key link between the client, delivery teams and third-party suppliers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve services through process improvements, automation and better use of data and metrics
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and helping manage risks, dependencies and service impacts

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ Years working in SIAM environments
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices (ITIL v4 preferred)
  • Experience working across multi-supplier and multi-tower delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience supporting service governance, continuous service improvement, and operational maturity initiatives
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management platforms

Security Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
