About the role

As a Technical Business Analyst within the PMO, you'll play a vital role in the cloud and infrastructure upgrade initiative. This project is key to modernising their workplace and improving operational efficiency. You'll bridge the gap between technical teams and business units, ensuring that the digital transformation aligns with the strategic goals.
  • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements
  • Support the migration to Azure cloud and infrastructure upgrades
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed technical solutions
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management

Skills & experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of utilities industry and energy market dynamics- advantageous but not necessary
  • Experienced and qualified in IIBA, Agile ways of working, and IT project management methodologies is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity and previous experience delivering across complex cloud technologies and digital transformation
