About the Role
This position entails the responsibilities of a Project Manager, seeking an adept and polished professional with a proven track record in managing projects, particularly those involving Google Analytics and Snowplow. We are looking for a candidate with a high level of motivation and drive, showcasing their proficiency in navigating the intricacies of projects cantered around these analytics tools.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for large and medium-sized projects in collaboration with stakeholders under broad direction.
- Manage effective steering committees with appropriate stakeholder representation.
- Deliver complex projects in accordance with program and portfolio governance principles
- Develop and deliver project benefit management plans to enhance success aligned with business objectives.
- Expertly plan and deliver large and medium-sized projects within agreed scope, schedule, and cost.
- Lead strategic analysis to ensure functional, technical, and operational requirements align with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate progress against project management plans, identifying issues and opportunities proactively.
- Lead project teams and technology groups, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Develop strategic working relationships through effective communication, reporting, negotiation, and issues management.
- Review and manage organizational and technical changes at a high level.
- Cooperate with safety instructions and policies, taking reasonable care for personal and others' safety at work. Additional WHS responsibilities apply to Managers, Supervisors, Team Directors, and other Officers.
Skills & Experience
- Prior exposure to data analytics tools is preferred.
- Experienceworking with Google Analytics or SnowPlow is advantageous.
- Proven ability to plan, manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on involvement in end-to-end data analytics projects.
- Strong training and understanding of project management frameworks and methodology; Agile, Prince2, PMP, PMBOK etc
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
