We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in HCM system transformation and remediation, particularly in Payroll and Time & Attendance modules, for a critical 6-month contract with the likelihood of extensions.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current business processes "AS IS" and “TO BE", identifying gaps to provide insights for improvement initiatives.
  • Define activities, tasks, and deliverables necessary for effective analysis, while establishing project scope, timeline, resources, and methodologies for analysis.
  • Analyse existing business processes to understand workflow, efficiency, and potential bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements and optimisations based on analysis findings.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, while defining and managing project scope to align with business objectives and constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
  • Gather and document user stories and/or use cases to capture business needs, analyse business requirements, translate them into solution requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements meet business goals and are feasible for implementation.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to HR leaders and stakeholders, highlighting the functionality and advantages of SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
 
Skills & experience
  • Must be a component Business Analyst with exceptional discovery phase skill set
  • 5+ Years working as an E2E Business Analyst with a focus on HCM system initiatives e.g SuccessFactors, Kronos, Workday, Oracle HCM etc.
  • Hands-on involvement in end-to-end processes, from requirement gathering to UAT
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
