About the role
We are actively searching for a Business Analyst who possesses a fusion of technical and business-oriented skills and exhibits eagerness to contribute to a sizable integration project. This individual should demonstrate a high level of expertise in EUC, Infrastructure, Digital/Modern Workplace Technology, and API projects, showcasing a profound mastery in these domains. In your daily responsibilities, you will be actively engaged in:
- Collecting technology prerequisites and transforming them into functional and technical specifications.
- Guaranteeing that business requirements and user experiences are meticulously modeled, scrutinized, and harmonized with separation principles and benchmarks.
- Crafting use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while also providing assistance in testing endeavors and presenting findings.
- Facilitating the integration of project outcomes into everyday business frameworks and procedures.

Skills & experience
- Must have experience in Digital Workplace technology and end user compute environments: Office 365 application suite, AV/VC, end user physical and virtual devices and software, printing, connectivity, multi-site user base, etc
- Extensive integration expertise in enterprise integration platforms, including API, SFTP, and EDW.
- Extensive years of experience in a similar Senior Business Analyst capacity
- Previous experience in divestments/mergers is highly regarded
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Powerful stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Delivery experience using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Experience in Confluence, JIRA, and project management tools
