As a Network Technician, you will provide technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. You'll ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity, assist with provisioning, manage hardware, apply security updates, and resolve network issues for end users. You will also maintain documentation and support both operational and project-based networking activities.

Must have:
Australian Citizenship
Class C Driver Licence
- NV1 Security clearance
Technical skills & experience:
Proven experience supporting LAN, WAN, and wireless environments
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs)
Experience working across multi-vendor environments (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, HP)
Strong troubleshooting skills using structured approaches (e.g. OSI model)
Experience applying security patches, firmware updates, and managing firewall rules
Knowledge of network monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds, Nagios, CheckMK)
Ability to maintain network diagrams, IPAM, and technical documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
5+ years' experience in a Network Technician role
Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA Network+, A+)
