The Network are seeking an AGSVA NV1 cleared Project Tech Lead to play a key role in a major, high-profile security modernisation program within Federal Government.
12 months + extension options
Location: Canberra preferred, with flexible working arrangements considered
As the Project Tech Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across a complex, security-focused transformation program. You'll oversee solution design and integration, assure technical deliverables across internal teams and managed service providers, and ensure alignment across cloud, identity, networking and security platforms. This role is critical to keeping interdependent technologies aligned, secure and fit for purpose in a global ICT environment.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and assure technical delivery streams across a large, secure ICT program
Provide technical oversight and advisory support to internal teams and external providers
Manage solution integrations, dependencies and design decisions
Contribute to architecture, requirements definition and technical planning
Ensure solutions meet security, architectural and government standards
Who we're looking for:
Must have:
Minimum 10 years' experience in the ICT industry
At least 1 year experience with 2+ of the following:
Security Service Edge technologies (Zscaler highly regarded)
Microsoft Entra (including multi-tenant organisations)
Networking
Active Directory
Legacy application integration, migration or uplift
Experience working on secure government systems
Experience in complex ICT environments, ideally international
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Active NV1 security clearance
Highly regarded:
Experience in global ICT environments
Practical application of ISM and Essential 8 controls
Cloud-first architectures and complex integration patterns
Hybrid environments spanning on-prem, private cloud and SaaS
