As the Test Automation Specialist Lead, you'll own and evolve the test automation strategy, lead automation delivery across multiple projects, and embed automation-first practices into CI/CD pipelines. You'll provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor teams, and ensure frequent, stable, and high-quality releases across enterprise systems.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and deliver end-to-end test automation strategy, frameworks, and governance
Design and evolve scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and integration testing
Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Provide hands-on automation expertise and mentor testing teams
Drive quality metrics, risk management, and continuous improvement
Who we're looking for - must have:
Proven experience leading test automation strategies in Agile or Hybrid environments
Strong hands-on experience with tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Postman
Coding experience in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
Solid CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub)
Experience delivering automation for complex enterprise and cloud-based systems
Desirable experience includes cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), performance testing, and relevant certifications.
