The Opportunity:

Reporting to the GM, you’ll step into a pivotal role as a Principal Consultant. Your primary focus will be customer engagement with both new and existing mid-large enterprise businesses, building and nurturing strong relationships, and positioning The Network’s seven service lines in order to secure permanent and contingent opportunities. With the support of our national talent delivery team, you will have delivery support to enable you to focus on client engagement and maximising very customer across all of their ICT recruitment and workforce needs.
You will manage your own 360 recruitment business from end to end including business and account development, search and selection of IT talent, interviewing, contract and offer negotiation, strategic market mapping, and crafting your own market specialisation with an industry recognised personal brand.

To be successful:

  • Experience 360 agency recruiter
  • Passion for business development, client engagement and building relationships.
  • Building a sales pipeline, applying activity metrics knowing the results they will deliver.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to structure and prioritise opportunities.
  • Goal orientated and highly motivated to be successful.
  • Technology savvy and willing to use adopt tech tools to disrupt the way recruitment is done.
  • Contribute to our very own industry hosted events, podcasts and market engagement initiatives.
