Having worked in IT recruitment since 2007, Martin has actively built The Network from scratch. Martin’s vision for The Network evolved through his passion and expertise in the IT industry, combined with what he saw was missing in the competitive recruitment market - trusted advisory recruiters that focus on emerging technologies, with the agility to evolve simultaneously with a rapidly changing IT market. Martin wanted to offer his clients and candidates a niche, reliable and professional IT recruitment consultancy, and so, The Network was born.
