Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation (OCM) Lead to oversee and assure the delivery of our Organisational Change Management activities. This role will lead the Business Transformation and Change Function team to support the implementation and successful adoption of the new HKM system. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure seamless integration of change management practices to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Business Transformation and Change Function Team: Oversee the successful delivery of OCM responsibilities, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Conduct OCM Workshops: Lead workshops with project stakeholders to communicate change strategies, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to identify change resistance, misinformation, and learning gaps. Develop strategies to mitigate these issues and support successful change adoption.
  • Monitor Business Readiness: Assess and address business and organisational readiness to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
  • Oversee Organisational Design and Change Impact Assessments: Provide direction on organisational design activities and conduct change impact assessments to anticipate and mitigate cultural, business, and technical change needs.
  • Manage Communications: Develop, review, and disseminate communications materials, ensuring consistent and clear messaging across all media channels.
  • Support Leadership Alignment: Guide and support the implementation of the Leadership Alignment Strategy to foster a cohesive and unified approach to change.
  • Evaluate Learning and Transformation Activities: Assess the effectiveness of learning and transformation activities, adapting strategies as needed to focus on behavioural outcomes.
  • Governance and Reporting: Attend project governance forums, provide timely business transformation information, and ensure that decisions consider people impacts.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading business transformation and change management initiatives, preferably within large-scale projects.
  • Strong background in organisational change management, including strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other change management documentation.
  • Ability to conduct workshops, manage change impact assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with technical readiness and alignment with business transformation activities.
  • NV1 clearance required.
