The Network are working on an exciting piece of work within Digital Identity in Federal Government - looking for a Agile Delivery Manager.
Long term contract stability 12 months x3 12 month extensions with flexibility working from home arrangements.
ACT, NSW or QLD based position - this role requires minimum AGSVA Active Baseline Security Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead cross-functional coordinate to ensuring timely delivery of outcomes and effective resource allocation.
- Identify, manage, and resolve interdependencies and delivery risks to maintain momentum and alignment with project timelines.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery objectives and foster collaboration.
- Ensure consistent alignment between delivery teams and stakeholders to uphold project goals and strategic direction.
- Facilitate solution governance processes, including approvals and escalations, in accordance with organisational processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in coordinating design and architecture activities and managing multiple teams to deliver complex projects.
- Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, and removing blockers.
- Experience facilitating agile events and coordinating technical refinement sessions.
- Experience coordinating design workshops and bringing technical stakeholder together.
- Azure DevOps Experience
