​Jake started his career working in Federal Government, recruiting healthcare professionals to work in rural areas in the Northern Territory as part of the Closing the Gap programme. His past recruitment experience has confirmed his drive to work with people and develop client and stakeholder relationships.

Jake has a personalised and friendly approach towards all his clients and candidates, he aims to be a solution for any client problems. His passions outside of work include supporting the Cronulla Sharks in the NRL and he has developed a recent interest in golf.
