About the Role

As Change Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how teams adopt and embrace new technologies. You'll support strategic change across multiple transformation initiatives-helping to embed new systems, streamline processes, and enhance how people work every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead change across a portfolio of concurrent digital projects
  • Drive adoption of the Office 365 suite and new enterprise technologies
  • Design and deliver targeted change strategies and communication plans
  • Manage the rollout of target operating models and process redesign
  • Improve data quality, access, and usability through change initiatives
  • Enhance user experience and engagement across digital platforms
  • Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions
  • Develop training and enablement materials to support end-user capability

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience leading technology-focused change initiatives
  • Strong track record delivering change across complex, enterprise environments
  • Expertise in digital transformation, operating model rollout, and user adoption
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and business readiness planning
  • Confident managing competing priorities across multiple projects
  • Experience developing clear, compelling communication and training strategies
