​Lauren started her career in HR and her passion for recruitment grew from there. Originally from Sydney, Lauren fled the big smoke and moved to Canberra 12 years ago. Over the past decade, she has grown and established in-depth market knowledge of federal government & defence agencies, along with extensive talent networks of security cleared IT candidates. Over time, this has expanded outside of Canberra and Lauren now has national coverage to the meet the ever-growing demands across Australia.

Lauren specialises in sourcing all types of security cleared IT talent for The Network. Her goal is to foster long lasting relationships with candidates allowing her to share both immediate, and future career opportunities, acting as the trusted recruitment advisor to her extensive talent networks.
