Instructional Designer - 12-Month Contract

Join a major transformation program within a respected ASX-listed organisation as an Instructional Designer and play a critical role in supporting system end-users through a large-scale user interface upgrade. As part of the Change Management team, you'll design, develop, and coordinate self-service upskilling initiatives to ensure a seamless transition to new digital tools and processes.

Reporting to the Change Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality learning outcomes that support essential business services and empower users to adopt change confidently.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop engaging learning programs that enhance digital skills and support user adoption.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-impact training materials.
  • Use e-learning platforms and tools to build interactive, blended learning experiences.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance program quality.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and transformation readiness.

What You'll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in IT, Computer Science, Training Design, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting SaaS rollouts, UI overhauls, or enterprise system implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and coordinating training programs for software applications.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, WalkMe, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
