Currently we are engaged with a leading Gambling/Entertainment organisation who operate on national scale. Due to recent growth they are now seeking to onboard multiple talented Desktop Support Engineers for contract or Permanent positions. These roles can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.
In the role you will be carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Provide first line technical support to end users across Windows and Mac systems
- Configure and deploy hardware & software devicces
- Resolve technical issues vie email, phone and in person
- Maintain a detailed asset management record database and ensure devices meet compliance standards
- Cross collaborate with infrastructure and security teams
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and system access provisioning
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when neccessary
In order to be successful in this role we are looking for someone with the following skills & experience
- 1+ year in supporting both Windows and macOS
- Strong hands on experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and JAMF
- Strong technical accumen with the ability to think outside the box to resolve issus
- Experience with Office 365, network troubleshooting, and VPN support
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in hybrid and fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement
- The ability to priotitrse tasks and work autonmously
Any industry realted certifications such as MCSA, CCNA are highly regards.
