About the role
As the ERP platform lead, you will enhance the Finance Platform and be tasked with functional support, enhancement, and platform optimization.
Working as part of a collaborative agile team you will lead the way in ensuring the finance platform is accessible, reusable, secure and modern.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Establishing strong working relationships and promoting collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, Client Relationship Managers, Product Owners/Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Gathering and analysing platform requirements from stakeholders across different departments of the business to develop appropriate solutions that align with stakeholder needs.
- Serve as the central figure for Finance Platform leadership and offer guidance across the financial and property sector of the business.
- Raising challenging functional support issues to vendors and external partners for quick and efficient resolution
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, offering guidance and support throughout the process.
- Aid in gathering technical and functional requirements and proficiently translating them into feasible product solutions and options.
- Verify and validate that the developed solutions align with the specified requirements.
- Offer guidance and interpretation on system specifications.

Skills & experience
- 5+ years in technology/digital roles
- Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity
- Advanced SQL query writing
- Diagnosing problems by utilising tools like SQL Profiler.
- Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality with a strong results and customer focus
- Previous experience implementing or supporting new Finance platform
- Only people with hands-on Yardi Voyager experience will be considered
