Enterprise & Solution Architect
Location: Canberra (Hybrid)

The Network is partnering with a Federal Government organisation to identify an experienced Enterprise & Solution Architect to support the evolution of enterprise architecture capability while delivering solution architecture across major digital initiatives.
This role combines enterprise-level strategic architecture with hands-on solution design, ensuring technology investments align with organisational strategy, government standards and modern digital delivery practices.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, ICT leadership and delivery teams to ensure architecture is coherent at the enterprise level and practical at the solution level.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artefacts including capability models, target architectures and technology roadmaps.
Support architecture governance and assurance processes.
Provide architecture guidance to support ICT investment decisions and strategic planning.
Solution Architecture
Lead or assure end-to-end solution architecture design for digital and ICT initiatives.
Produce architecture artefacts including high-level designs, options analysis and solution assessments.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements and government frameworks.
Collaboration
Work with delivery teams, cyber security, platform specialists and business stakeholders.
Support the maturity of architecture practices, standards and guidance.
Skills & Experience
Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or blended architecture role.
Strong experience designing complex enterprise ICT or digital solutions.
Experience developing architecture artefacts, roadmaps and governance frameworks.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and delivery teams in large organisations.
Experience in government or highly regulated environments is highly regarded.
