About the role

We are seeking a bubbly and bright platform/system administrator with CRM experience:

  • Assist business users with troubleshooting
  • Provide training and assistance with end user queries when needed
  • On-boarding of Dynamics 365 users
  • Management of Dynamics 365 resource library
  • Assist with new solution and configuration testing
  • Managing service desk tickets
  • Bulk data upload, data checking and merging of records in Dynamics 365
  • Submitting support tickets and engaging with Microsoft
  • Assist the Dynamic's 365 business users with onboarding and answer any questions that arise
  • Operate the service desk platform, receiving requests and managing them to a successful resolution
  • Utilise JIRA and Confluence to track tasks and fix bugs

Skills & experience

  • Must have excellent communication skills with a drive for self-development
  • Microsoft dynamics 365 or similar CRM experience
  • Ability to liaise with internal customers and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience managing a service desk platform
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of SSIS and Toolsets, preferably KingswaySoft would be handy
