Our Federal Government client are looking for a Solution Developer to develop and enhance its digital services as part of its digital transformation program. The program delivers and enhances services using cloud platforms such as Office 365, Azure, iPaaS, Dynamics 365 and bespoke web apps, etc.
The successful candidate will be working within a multi-disciplinary team using agile principles and practices to deliver client-centred solutions, including other developers and architects to build technical capability to a high standard, using agile delivery and DevOps principles.
Key duties and responsibilities
This role will be responsible for:
- Undertaking software development in the following:
- Bespoke ASP.NET web app (MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).
- Upgrading the web application to use latest technologies and features and other security upgrades including implementing MFA
- Maintaining CI/CD build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps/Git.
- Performing systems analysis, investigating technical problems and working with relevant team members to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Working closely with the platform architect, BAs, testers and other developers to design and deliver high quality, extensible and maintainable systems in line with robust SDLC practices and to deadlines.
- Contributing to capability uplift in technical skill-sets and process improvements.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a live position with the Federal Government, a Baseline Secuirty Clearance is mandatory for the role, therefore we are seeking Australian Citizen who are eligble to obtain a Baseline Clearnace
