About the role

An exceptional opportunity awaits a Communication Lead with advanced skills and practical experience in ERP Projects. The position entails working closely with finance-based stream leads and subject matter experts (SMEs). The preferred candidate should showcase exceptional communication and leadership skills, a deep understanding of Communication management principles, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across various departments.

  • Formulate and implement communication strategies consistent with the company's overarching goals, ensuring the generation and successful delivery of impactful communications
  • Creating and disseminating Program Communications, such as Town Hall meetings and Leaders Tool Kit. Coordinating the review and approval of communications with the program team and senior stakeholders.
  • Developing communications for program activities, which involve creating videos for UAT, training, and go-live. Handling communications for both customers and vendors, and taking charge of the Go-Live Countdown and providing support during the Go-Live phase.
  • Supervising the communication plan (along with the tracker) and providing weekly status updates.
  • Working with the Change team to develop and deliver consistent communications across impacted areas
  • Managing central content repositories for affected teams to guarantee accuracy and timeliness of content. This encompasses maintaining Comms Central (SharePoint) with relevant content (key presentations, recordings, etc.) and the internet site.
  • Guide and mentor program resources to assist in communication activities, including presentations, briefings, and videos, as needed.
  • Engaging with the Salesforce marketplace on a daily basis involves interacting with the diverse array of products, services, and solutions offered within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Skills & experience

  • You will hit the ground running if you have experience delivering on ERP technology transformations and digital customer journey projects
  • Private sector experience will be highly regarded
  • Hands-on experience in crafting communication plans in collaboration with program teams and key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in developing and overseeing work plans.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both in written and verbal forms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, proficient in using Excel for tracking and analysing information.
  • Capability to establish a strategy (approach, templates, development, and delivery plan) and guide the program team to achieve consistent results.
  • Leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the creation and distribution of communications.
  • Producing and releasing videos using Camtasia or equivalent video editing tools.
  • Hands-on experience in employing SharePoint sites and libraries for the purpose of sharing content.
