About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and hands-on Change Manager with a profound understanding and experience in finance projects. The role involves close collaboration with finance-based stream leads and subject matter experts (SMEs). The ideal candidate should demonstrate outstanding communication and leadership skills, a profound grasp of change management principles, and the capacity to collaborate seamlessly across diverse departments.
- Create and execute extensive strategies and plans for change management that are in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Work in cooperation with essential stakeholders to establish objectives, milestones, and success criteria for change initiatives.
- Develop and implement communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and actively engaged throughout the change process.
- Customise communication messages for various audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance in each instance.
- Develop and conduct training programs to provide employees with the essential skills and knowledge to navigate change effectively.
- Actively identify and resolve sources of resistance to change.
- Formulate and execute strategies to alleviate resistance and cultivate a positive change culture.
- Offer coaching and support to leaders and employees encountering challenges related to change.

Skills & experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- While not obligatory, having experience collaborating with finance teams, asset management, or funds management companies would be advantageous

- Proficiency in collaborative work across various departments and the capability to exert influence at all organizational levels.
