This Private sector leading organization is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Analyst to join the dynamic project team and contribute to the success of the HCM Payroll Remediation Program.

About the role:
As the Business Process Analyst you will play a critical role in the HCM Payroll Remediation Program. This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing payroll processes to ensure the efficient and accurate functioning of the system. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive experience with HCM systems and processes, and ideally a deep understanding of payroll processes.

Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis and Design: Analyze existing payroll processes and identify areas for improvement. Design optimized processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payroll remediation.
  • Solutioning: Work closely with the IT team and HR department to identify bottlenecks to implement business process solutions that address identified issues and meet business requirements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, system configurations, and testing results.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the remediation program.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and system functionalities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously seek opportunities for further enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Process Analyst or similar role, with a focus on payroll processes.
  • Ideally proficient in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the payroll module (EC).
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes and payroll systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies, LEAN, Six Sigma and Change methodologies, frameworks and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
