About the role

Your primary responsibility will be the management of Workday system configuration and administration tasks. In addition to that, you will develop processes, implement system improvements, establish standard operating procedures, maintain logs, and create supporting materials to facilitate effective system administration. You will also play a crucial role in developing training content for users. Furthermore, you will collaborate with external vendors to ensure the successful fulfillment of Workday business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Offer comprehensive support to the business and P&C teams in navigating and utilising Workday.
  • You will serve as the primary liaison between external vendors to ensure that Workday business requirements are met and maintained.
  • Carry out administrative tasks and perform configuration duties within the Workday system.
  • Maintain and document system and process improvements based on personal insights or user feedback.
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues promptly while providing timely education on resolutions.
  • Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate those to a feasible technical outcomes.
  • Proficient in utilizing the complete suite of Workday proprietary tools, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, and Business Process Configuration.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years working as workday systems expert
  • Strong configuration experience with the Workday platform
  • Proficient in developing and managing inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Workday certification (Preferred not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of workday modules
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
