About the Company

Join a leading ASX-listed company delivering critical services to millions of Australians. With a workforce of 3,000+ and a strong focus on innovation, they're driving the shift toward renewable energy while transforming how technology supports their operations and customer experience.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Assets Coordinator to play a critical role in a large-scale, end-to-end Windows 11 hardware refresh within a complex enterprise environment. This is not a passive coordination role - you'll be hands-on with hardware logistics, asset accuracy, and rollout execution, working at the heart of a high-profile device refresh program.

If you've successfully managed hardware refreshes from planning through deployment and enjoy keeping large moving parts running smoothly, this role will be right up your alley.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals as part of a Windows 11 hardware refresh
  • Manage device delivery, collection, replacement, and disposal, ensuring minimal disruption to end users
  • Schedule and coordinate rollout activities with users, technicians, project teams, and external vendors
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready asset records, including CMDB and asset register updates
  • Track progress against rollout schedules and prepare clear status updates and reporting for stakeholders
  • Act as a central point of contact between IT teams, suppliers, and the broader business during refresh activities

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience working with IT hardware assets, device logistics, or enterprise asset management
  • Proven experience managing or supporting end-to-end hardware refresh programs, ideally Windows 10 to Windows 11
  • Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle management, from procurement through deployment and return
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail - you're comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
  • Confident working in a project-based, enterprise environment with competing priorities
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITAM / CMDB is highly regarded
  • Previous involvement in large-scale device rollouts or refresh programs is strongly preferrd
