About the role:
Your primary focus will be to deliver clear, regular communication on all systems related issues. Act as the key contact for all systems queries, training and support enquiries.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the next generation of platform users and improve the efficiency of the whole training and support process.
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Leading user training and documentation efforts
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Participate in the Agile ceremonies such as daily Scrums.
- Continuously refine backlog and reprioritise requirements
- Drive feature adoption across the wider business acting as a SME
- Oversee QA and Development to ensure the technical teams are delivering against functional plans
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain governance
About you:

- Experience with driving excellence in process

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience developing training material, user guides and other documentation
- Experience problem solving and out of the box thinking
- Experience delivering customised solutions to and liaising with a range of non technical stakeholders
