Our client is a leader in the technology service provider space and is looking for sales support administratior to join their growing team in Sydney.
Duties Include
- Act as the go-to person for all customer enquiries regarding software, hardware and logistics.
- Provide quotations, liaise with clients and insure all purchasing and invoices go out on time.
- Attend regular review and planning sessions and client meetings
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all order entry and reporting is done to the highest standard.
Experience
- 3+ years previous customer service or client service management experience.
- Experience working for a technology service provider, reseller or distributor.
Opportunity is paying up to $90,000 base + super dependent on experience. You will also be required to attend the CBD office 5 days a week.
