About the role:

We're looking for a driven Junior Project Manager / PMO Analyst to play a key role in delivering large-scale, enterprise IT projects within a structured, high-impact environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a PMO delivery and governance background ready to step into a Junior Project Manager role and gain hands-on exposure across project governance, RAID ownership, and financial management on complex, business-critical IT programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of large enterprise IT projects
  • Own and maintain RAID logs, ensuring risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies are clearly captured, tracked, and escalated
  • Responsible for project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and governance packs for senior stakeholders
  • Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and actions
  • Coordinate across delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise project governance, compliance, and financial controls

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a Junior Project Manager, PMO Analyst, or Project Coordinator role
  • Exposure to large enterprise IT environments
  • Strong hands-on experience managing RAID logs
  • Solid understanding and proven experience of managing project financials (budgets, forecasts, cost tracking), ideally $10 million +
  • Experience working on IT, applications, or systems projects in People and Culture (P&C) or HCM environments will be highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
