Senior Network & Security Engineer - National MSP

What You'll Do
Deliver regular security, performance and capacity reporting.
Provide clear, non-technical insights to support fast business decisions.
Conduct health checks and recommend preventative actions.
Collaborate across Technical Services, Operations, Service Delivery and PMO.
Maintain network design documents, diagrams and project handovers.
Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
Assess business requirements and design secure network solutions.
Standardise operational processes and support best-practice implementations.
Monitor and optimise network and security hardware/software.
What You Bring
3-5+ years network engineering; with a focus on network security engineering.
Strong Fortinet experience (NSE4/NSE5 desired).
Data Centre routing & switching (Cisco/Arista; CCNP/Arista certs preferred).
Cloudflare SaaS (DNS, Load Balancer, ZTNA).
Load balancer experience (F5, Kemp, NetScaler).
Cisco ISE configuration (AAA, policy groups, SIEM logging).
BGP routing, Arista switch management.
IPSec/VPN, identity management.
Network monitoring (SNMP, alerting).
Hybrid cloud experience (Azure preferred).
Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder skills.
Experience in MSP or financial environments highly regarded.
