About the Role

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a major ERP Uplift Program focused on modernising and unifying enterprise finance, procurement and travel management capabilities.

This role suits a hands-on Business Analyst who enjoys working across complex business functions, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and supporting the delivery of cloud-based ERP solutions using "adopt not adapt" principles.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to ensure the ERP solution delivers meaningful business outcomes and is ready for successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across finance, procurement and travel management functions

  • Define future-state business processes and information flows aligned to ERP best practice

  • Develop functional requirements, data requirements and business rules to support configuration and integration

  • Support solution design workshops and validate proposed ERP solutions against business needs

  • Work closely with development and testing teams to clarify requirements, support build activities and resolve issues

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business readiness, data validation and go-live transition activities

  • Assist with change impact assessments, training inputs, and user and operational handover and stabilisation

About the Program

The ERP Uplift Program has been initiated to replace legacy systems with a secure, cloud-based ERP platform, supported by a clear long-term ERP strategy and integrated roadmap.

The program will:

  • Address key technical and operational risks

  • Improve organisational agility and resilience

  • Enhance user experience

  • Enable data-driven decision making to support future business objectives

Essential Experience

  • Strong experience in business analysis within complex enterprise environments

  • Proven capability in requirements elicitation, documentation and management

  • Experience designing and improving end-to-end business processes

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams

  • Experience producing business models, process maps and supporting artefacts

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with enterprise reporting, BI or analytics platforms

  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting or performance management processes

  • Experience working with data models and financial reporting structures

If you're an experienced Business Analyst looking to contribute to a large-scale ERP transformation within a secure government environment, we'd love to hear from you.
