The Role
You will lead the development of embedded software for advanced sensing platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and optimize real-time systems that power innovative products.
This is a hands-on position where your technical expertise will directly shape the performance, reliability, and scalability of cutting-edge embedded systems.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement embedded software in modern C++ for real-time systems
Lead firmware development for data acquisition, processing, and communication
Optimize performance, power efficiency, and reliability on constrained systems
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver integrated solutions
Support testing, validation, and system bring-up activities
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence within the team
What You Bring
8+ years in embedded systems development
Strong C++ skills and experience with embedded platforms (Arm Cortex-M or similar)
Solid understanding of RTOS, bare-metal programming, and communication protocols
Experience delivering production-grade embedded systems
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering
