The Role
You will lead the development of embedded software for advanced sensing platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and optimize real-time systems that power innovative products.
This is a hands-on position where your technical expertise will directly shape the performance, reliability, and scalability of cutting-edge embedded systems.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement embedded software in modern C++ for real-time systems
- Lead firmware development for data acquisition, processing, and communication
- Optimize performance, power efficiency, and reliability on constrained systems
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Support testing, validation, and system bring-up activities
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence within the team
What You Bring
- 8+ years in embedded systems development
- Strong C++ skills and experience with embedded platforms (Arm Cortex-M or similar)
- Solid understanding of RTOS, bare-metal programming, and communication protocols
- Experience delivering production-grade embedded systems
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering
