About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead the integration of IT finance systems during our merger and acquisition projects. The successful candidate will:
  • Spearhead change management initiatives for complex IT finance systems integration
  • Facilitate seamless transitions of financial technology platforms across merging entities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies to align IT and finance teams
  • Create and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems changes and data migration
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth integration of financial software and processes
  • Design and deliver training programs to support employees adapting to new systems
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of change management experience, with a focus on IT and finance systems
  • Strong understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure
  • Proven track record in managing change for large-scale system integrations
  • Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Experience in M&A environments is highly desirable
  • MBA, MSc in IT, or relevant advanced degree preferred
