About the role:
The Change Manager will be key in driving change initiatives, especially around payroll processes and remediation efforts. We’re looking for someone who thinks strategically and understands payroll systems, regulatory compliance, and change management inside and out. If you’ve got a knack for leading complex projects and ensuring smooth transitions without disrupting operations, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
  • Lead and manage payroll remediation projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyse payroll-related issues and develop effective remediation plans.
  • Communicate change initiatives and project updates clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact assessments, identify key stakeholders, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead workshops to collect essential information and insights needed to enhance and streamline the payroll system
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to facilitate change adoption.
  • Ensure that all change initiatives are aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Possess the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with a specific focus on payroll and remediation.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex change initiatives and projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
