About the role
We are seeking a well-rounded, polished and experienced Senior Business Analyst who is exceptional at liaising with senior business stakeholders to document the “to-be’ and make future state recommendations. This is a complex project that requires you to liaise with stakeholders from various specialisms, including finance teams, actuaries and vendors. You will review, identify & propose business process improvements to the corporate insurance and finance operations teams in terms of the integrity & efficiencies of the current insurance premium allocation and billing processes.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed business cases and project plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Yardi system experience would be a plus!
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management and agile frameworks/methodologies
