About the role

Join a specialist presales team focused on delivering cutting edge security solutions, products and services. Work closely with stakeholders from all Lines of Business to maximise business opportunities. Engage with customers and support sales staff.

  • high-level security solutions for customer proposals
  • Scoping of requirements and costing
  • Customer presentations
  • Participate in education and awareness of security offerings
  • Build close working relationships with key Vendor partners
  • Contribute to the development of new security offerings
  • Assess and evaluate risk and the implications of new technologies
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Skills & experience

  • Strong Presales experience in a customer facing role
  • Cybersecurity expertise of threats to IT infrastructure, threat analytics solutions, cybersecurity products, advanced threat, identity, cloud security and cybersecurity services
  • Strong presentation skills to business and technical audiences
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the assessment and communication of the value of Solutions to clients
  • Demonstrated skills in developing valued relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry leaders
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
