As the Security Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the clients relationships snd ensuring the delivery of exceptional cybersecurity services. You will:

  1. Develope and execute strategic account plans to foster strong partnerships with key clients, understanding their unique security needs, and positioning as the company trusted cybersecurity advisor.
  2. Collaborate with clients to identify their security challenges, aligning solutions with their business objectives, and delivering tailored cybersecurity strategies.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, providing proactive guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction.Building and leading a high-performing account team, guiding their professional development, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  4. Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging a portfolio of cybersecurity services.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of security solutions, addressing client requirements, and exceeding expectations.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to provide clients with valuable insights and proactive recommendations.

To excel in this role you will bring:

  1. Minimum 4+ years sales experience in the cyber security industry ideally at one of the Big4 consulting firms.
  2. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures, influence key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  3. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align cybersecurity solutions with client business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  4. Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  5. Dedication to staying current with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape.
