The team and the role:
With offices in Sydney and Canberra, our teamwork seamlessly together to penetrate major accounts as a group providing our customers with wider capability and access to our team's specialisations. Our team's experience ranges from 4-15+ years' experience, and bring their expertise from countries from around the world. At the same time, the team are continuously learning from regular group training and coaching sessions and they are also keen to learn from newcomers to the team. We are a social bunch that enjoy Friday drinks, team building activities and celebrating our success each month with exciting events such as saving the world in Virtual Reality, racing one another at Go Karting, Fine Dining at Sydney's exclusive restaurants and much more.
Cybersecurity and Infrastructure have been one of the key markets for The Network successes since day one and their consultants are highly regarded in this relationship-heavy and unique Industry.
After our continued success over the past three years, we are now looking to grow the team with the addition of another Recruitment Consultant to support the extreme demand we have in this sector. This division is one of our busiest practices so you will have live roles to work on from Day 1 and will be mentored directly by some of the best Consultants in their fields.

- Experienced IT Recruiters or newbies are both welcome. We are looking for passion here.
- Working across a diverse range of tech roles from Cyber Security, GRC, Cloud, DevOps etc.
- Passion for the Industry: you will have the opportunity to become a SME and give back to the community through events, meetups, forums etc..
- Sales mentality. Passion for numbers without neglecting the most important thing: Building real and strong RELATIONSHIPS with your clients and candidates
- Lateral thinking: We love people with different backgrounds, professional and cultural, who can bring fresh perspectives on how to do things
- Positive and high energy levels with a can-do attitude, a team player that supports others and collaborates for shared success
What you will be doing:
- Full 360 recruitment role: developing new clients and headhunting candidates via multiple platforms and tools.
- Nurture and expand existing Accounts through high level of customer service and quality of delivery
- Reviewing and identifying good CV's, Building your own talent pool and personal network of trusted professionals.
- True Consulting. We are not just CV screener for Candidates or YES MEN with Clients
- Building your personal brand in the industry
- Building out your own desk and earning commission from day one!
