About the role
This is a crucial Project Coordinator role to support the PMO Director on a business-wide technology transformation to uplift and support the governance, admin and communications within the Program Management office. You will be joining a collaborative team with a first-class culture and a supportive and motivating management team.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Purchase order & SOW register maintenance.
- Complete timely and accurate recording of meeting actions and decisions.
- Governance meeting coordination including scheduling, pack creation, chasing action items, QA review of content & distribution
- Project Status reporting administration, review and updates.
- Risk, issue and dependency review and hygiene maintenance.
- Governance calendar updates as required.
- Maintain the SharePoint site and Monitor the team inbox

Skills & experience
- 2-3 years' demonstrated experience working in a PMO environment within an inflight, large-scale, digital transformation program.
- MS Project preferred but not essential, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint (Jira, Confluence an advantage)
- A highly structured and proactive approach with excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills and ability to prioritise
- Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
