About the role

An ASX-listed company is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM - Business Partner to lead the optimisation and ongoing management of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, with a focus on enhancing user experience, streamlining processes, and driving greater business value.

This role sits in the business and acts as a strategic link between the business and technology teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure the CRM platform is aligned with business priorities and delivering maximum benefit across the organisation.

  • Leading the day-to-day management and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to better support sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams
  • Acting as a key business partner to stakeholders across business development and marketing, ensuring CRM tools support their goals
  • Working closely with the digital and tech teams to champion new features and enhancements that elevate the customer experience
  • Designing and delivering dashboards and insights via Power BI to track engagement, campaign performance, and customer trends
  • Driving data integrity and governance by improving CRM processes, managing segmentation, and maintaining user documentation
  • Transform raw data into meaningful, actionable insights by consolidating information from various systems to inform key business decisions and optimise performance.
  • Empower internal teams by delivering hands-on guidance and support, helping users navigate and leverage the CRM with confidence to drive better outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing or owning a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform in a commercial environment
  • Strong background in customer data analytics, segmentation, and reporting, with hands-on experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology teams to translate strategic needs into meaningful dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights. Experience in funds management is highly regarded.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - you know how to turn business challenges into smart, scalable CRM and data solutions
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving user adoption through practical, well-designed tools
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills are essential, as this role involves regular interaction with General Managers and C-suite executives.
