About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Program Services Status Analyst to support a major Defence program. In this role, you will oversee PMO activities, manage resource planning, and ensure the successful delivery of business and technology outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, deep experience in program or service delivery environments, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure program alignment and performance.
Required Security Clearance
Australian Citizenship and an active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PMO activities, including resource planning, allocation, scheduling, and coordination.
- Support the successful delivery of business and technology outcomes across programs, projects, and services.
- Monitor and control service level agreements (SLAs) using standard tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, manage dependencies, and resolve delivery challenges.
- Ensure consistency in reporting, tracking, and performance measures across program services.
- Contribute to program governance through structured documentation, status reporting, and process adherence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in PMO operations, program coordination, or resource management.
- Strong understanding of business and technology program delivery.
- Proficiency in standard PMO and service management tools, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
