About the role

In this role you will lead a high performing team of Security Consultants and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the Federal Government and Defence space. You are a people leader passionate about security, technology, and innovation and have a strong desire to produce high quality outcomes for your clients.

  • Build and deploy cyber-security capabilities (IDS/IPS, PKI, AV, SIEM, MFA or Proxy)
  • Enable cyber security teams to detect, deter and mitigate cyber security threats
  • Staff management and mentoring programs
  • Engage with your clients, understand and gather their needs and find a fostered solution for based on their requirements, regardless what tech stack they use

Skills & Experience

  • Must be an Australian Citizen, able to obtain Security Clearance
  • Experience in building and deploying a cyber-security capability such as IDS/IPS, PKI, AV, SIEM, MFA or Proxy
  • Demonstrated staff management and review experience
  • Advanced knowledge of data engineering through either product training or 2+ years working with Splunk architecture.
  • Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security and/or ITSI highly desired.
  • People leadership and mentoring skills
