Role Overview
 
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Manager to join a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding strategic partnerships, driving collaborative initiatives, and fostering relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Partnership Development - identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with business objectives.
  • Relationship Management - Nurture and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and mutual growth.
  • Collaborative Initiatives - In person demonstrations across Australia, manage events and webinars and develop marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiation Management - Lead negotiations and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with the businesses goals.
  • Performance Tracking - Evaluate partnership performance against KPIs.
  • Internal stakeholder management - Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing) to leverage partnerships effectively.
 
Experience
 
  • Ideally 3+ years in a closing/partnerships role within a SaaS environment (fintech would be a plus).
  • Sold into banking environments such as the Big 4 (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel for in person meetings and demonstrations.
  • Comfortable presenting and liaising to senior stakeholders and C-suites.
